Demolition | Cincinnati, Ohio

Think Evans, where demolition means progress.

Hiring our demolition crew has been the first step towards progress in construction projects all over Ohio and surrounding states for more than a decade. We have an experienced crew and own all of our equipment, which means we don’t have to hire sub-contractors to get the job done.

At Evans, demolition means progress.

Demolition Services:

Start the process with a free proposal and then hire our crew for interior, exterior, partial or total demolition. Our experienced crew can even take down buildings attached to or within inches of surrounding structures. We can remove a swimming pool, do all the in-fill and then help you design the landscaping for a completely new look. We work within your job requirements, providing hand or machine demolition, site clearing and excavation, and even hauling and dumping of all associated debris.

Demolition Recycling:

Valuable natural resources deserve a second chance, so rather than sending them straight to the landfill, we strive to recycle as much as possible. Using our own equipment we can reclaim timber framing, copper, steel and aluminum from your project and put these valuable resources to good use. Concrete, masonry and stone can be crushed and reused as clean, hard fill. Some of the most important natural resources we salvage are large trees that would otherwise be destroyed in the demolition process, which we can move and transplant on or off site.

Job Safety:

Our company-wide health and safety program ensures that every job is run with safety as a top priority. Evans is enrolled in the Ohio Bureau of Workers Comp Drug Free Workplace program. We have a certified Asbestos Hazard Evaluation Specialist on staff and all operators are trained in asbestos, lead and silica awareness. Many of our employees have completed 10- and 30-hour OSHA courses as well. We will complete a NESHAP (National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants) Inspection for your project and will properly notify the EPA when required.
